Our returns policy...

Instore returns:
Dore Burleigh does not offer refunds on items purchased in store. Our in store returns policy is 7 days from purchase, where we will exchange or offer a store credit upon inspection and presentation of receipt. 

Garments must be unworn, and in original condition with all original tags attached. 

Dore does not accept refunds on swimwear or jewellery for hygiene reasons. 

Dore does not offer refunds, credit notes, or exchanges on sale items. 

Online returns:
Please read carefully before placing and order with Dore.

Our returns policy is in accordance with the ACCC guidelines.

Dore Burleigh will happily accomodate return options for all orders purchased at full price, including our welcome discount code.

In the unlikely event an order has been received faulty beyond repair, Dore will gladly honour our customers with a full refund.
Please ensure Item/s are returned in their original condition with all tags, hygiene seals and packaging in place. This must be done within 7 DAYS calculated from date of purchase.

If the above conditions are met, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

Please contact us via shop@doreburleigh.com.au and kindly inform us of the matter. We will then issue you with a returns #,if this is not visible on return we will not accept.

We strongly recommend the use of a trustworthy, registered postal service for all returns with tracking details recorded.

Shipping costs incurred on all returns are at your own expense. Any shipping costs involving your replacement however, will be covered by Doré Burleigh
